The capability to lead it yourselves.
Leadership cohorts and workforce skill-building on one curriculum: Direct, Judge, Own, Adopt. Not prompt training. The judgment and the habits that make AI compound.
On site or online.
Four muscles, not a tool tour.
Every format teaches the same four capabilities, applied to the participants' own work. Leaders get the strategic version; teams get the hands-on one. The vocabulary is shared, so the organisation can talk about AI the same way from the boardroom to the desk.
Direct
Brief, orchestrate and redesign work around AI and agents. Using it well, not just prompting it.
Judge
Evaluate output, see where it fails, avoid overreliance. Knowing how hard to check before you act, and when not to bother.
Own
Decision rights, accountability and cost. Who owns which tool and agent, and who answers for its output.
Adopt
Change behaviour and ways of working so the new habits hold, rather than fading three weeks after the launch.
Four ways to build it.
From ninety minutes to a company-wide programme. All of them work on real tasks from your organisation, never on demos. Prices on request.
Leadership cohort
How AI changes decisions, ownership and the operating model, and what that asks of the people at the top. Leaders work on their own area: where AI already is, who owns it, how far to take it, what to deliberately leave alone.
- Half-day one: the landscape, the ownership shift, and a readiness read of your own organisation.
- Half-day two: judgment under AI-shaped inputs, and the ambition and decision rights for your area.
You leave with: an ambition statement for your area, a readiness read, and the scrutiny habits to judge AI output before you act on it.
Team workshop
Direct, Judge, Own, Adopt applied to the team's actual tasks. Experience first, theory second: participants work with AI on their own material, then red-team each other's output, then decide together where AI sits in the work and where it doesn't.
- Exercises drawn from the team's live workflow, not from a slide deck.
- Where the checkpoint sits for every task, and how hard to check.
You leave with: role playbooks and output checks the team keeps, and a shared view of who owns what.
Executive briefing
What is real and what is a wrapper, how the ownership of AI is shifting inside organisations, where the value is showing up and where it isn't, and where to start. A straight read, with a stance.
You leave with: a shared picture across the leadership team, and three questions to take back to your own organisation.
Workforce programme
Skill-building at scale, designed to run without a consultant in every room. Short live sessions per role, practice on the participants' own tasks between them, champions trained to keep it going, and adoption measured against a baseline rather than counted in attendance.
- Role-specific tracks: what a finance analyst needs is not what a sales rep needs.
- An adoption funnel with a real denominator: aware, tried, active, embedded.
You leave with: a workforce that changed how it works, champions who own the next wave, and the numbers to show it.
Judgment, not prompts.
Do it, then name it.
Participants work with AI on their own tasks first, and get the framework afterwards. The lesson lands because they just lived it.
Your files, your workflows.
No generic exercises. Every session runs on material from the participants' actual jobs, so what they learn on Tuesday they use on Wednesday.
Adoption, not attendance.
We baseline before and measure after: who is using what, how often, and whether it is embedded in the work. Attendance is not the metric.
Tell us who needs to get better at this, and at what.
A leadership team, one team that is stuck, a whole department. We'll propose the format that fits, and say so if a workshop alone won't fix it.
hello@sensemakers.beA team engagement
The workshop runs inside the work being changed, so the skills land where they are needed.
A leadership cohort before the roadmap
Leaders decide ambition and ownership with a shared vocabulary, before anyone builds anything.
A workforce programme after the first wins
Once two or three teams have proof, the rest of the organisation follows on the same curriculum.
