Offers

Six ways in. One transformation.

A free check, two fixed formats, a lead on your side of the table, a Sprint that proves one workflow, and an Academy that runs alongside. Each priced on time or on format, never on a bespoke deliverable. Everything we make is yours.

Prices come with the information pack, and they don't change in the meeting.

How it fits together

Start where it hurts. Continue where it compounds.

Most engagements run in this order. None of them has to: each offer stands on its own, and the Academy runs alongside from the first week.

1 · Three weeks

Scan

An ambition, a scored map of where AI and agents fit in your work, and a 90-day plan your leadership team decided on.

2 · Months

Programme

A fractional AI transformation lead, one or two days a week, steering strategy, ownership, adoption and the builders from your side of the table.

3 · Six to eight weeks

Sprint

A small team, one real workflow redesigned and running with agents, measured against its own baseline.

4 · When the numbers say so

Build at scale

With a partner already on your vendor list, steered by your lead. We don't sell the big build; we make sure it's the right one.

Alongside, the Academy: leaders who can direct and judge AI, teams who own and adopt it. It starts with the Scan and never really stops. Not sure where you are? The readiness check takes three minutes and points to the door.

Fixed formats

Two doors with a fixed price behind them.

A fixed length, a defined result, no scoping meeting. You know what you are buying before we meet.

Three weeks · senior, end to end

AI Transformation Scan

From "where do we start" to an ambition statement, a scored opportunity map, and a 90-day plan with owners. Ends in a decision, not a deck.

Two weeks · senior, end to end

AI Spend & Ownership Audit

Every AI tool you pay for — and the ones nobody bought — with an owner for each, the risks flagged, and a consolidation plan for finance. Fixed price only, no fee on savings.

With you, over time

A lead on your side. A Sprint when something needs proving.

AI Transformation Programme

One or two days a week
Six to twelve months, then rolling monthly
On site where it matters

Request information about the Programme

The transformation needs someone who owns it on your side and isn't selling you anything else. The Programme is that person: a senior lead, one or two days a week, who steers strategy, ownership, adoption and the builders — and hands the role to one of your own people as the operating model learns to carry itself.

  • A monthly rhythm: steering, ownership and operating model, adoption, measurement. A quarterly review with the leadership team, on one page.
  • Vendors and Sprints answer to your lead — including our own builders.
  • Priced on days. A build is never inside the retainer: a Sprint is a separate decision, priced on its own.

You keep: an AI portfolio register with an owner for every use case, an operating model written down as it is decided, playbooks, a value and adoption plan measured monthly, and the quarterly review for the board.

Prove one workflow

AI Transformation Sprint

Six or eight weeks
A team of two or three, plus your product owner
A weekly rate for the window

Request information about the Sprint

One real workflow, redesigned and running with agents in your environment, measured against its own baseline. A Sprint is a window with a question, not a deliverable with a price: we frame the question in week one, build in weekly increments with your users in the room, measure, and decide together — scale, stop, or iterate.

  • Week 1: the question, the success criteria, the baseline measured, the guardrails.
  • Weeks 2–5: build with the users; a working demo every Friday.
  • Week 6: the redesigned workflow runs next to the old one. Baseline against after, plainly.
  • Weeks 7–8: harden, hand over, decide.

You keep: the redesigned blueprint, the working proof of concept on your accounts, the agent spec and register entry, the measurement, a run and ownership plan, and a decision memo. Code and data are yours from day one.

What we don't promise: a production system, or a fixed deliverable for a fixed sum. If you need a fixed price, we'll say so and bring a partner who sells one.

How we price

Time or format. Never a bespoke deliverable.

You'll know what you're buying before we meet, and the price in the pack is the price in the room.

Formats

A fixed price for a fixed length and a defined result.

The Scan, the Audit, and every Academy format. No scoping meeting: the format is the scope.

Days

A lead, one or two days a week.

The Programme is priced on days, on a monthly retainer. What we do with the days is decided with you, every month.

Windows

A team and a weekly rate, for a fixed window.

The Sprint. The window and the team are fixed; the question is yours; the outcome is measured, not promised.

Why we don't sell fixed-price deliverables: the day the scope meets reality, a fixed price makes a consultant's interest diverge from yours. We'd rather keep them aligned. Everything we produce is yours — documents, code, accounts, data — with no licence and no exclusivity.

Who you get

Senior in the room. Builders when a Sprint needs them.

Every format

The same senior person, end to end.

The Scan, the Audit, the Academy and the Programme are scoped and delivered by the same person — not handed to a bench behind a partner.

Sprints

A small, named bench.

Two or three builders we have worked with before, under framework agreements, building inside a Sprint with your people. Steered by your lead, on your accounts.

Builds at scale

Partners already on your list.

When a Sprint proves the case, the build at scale goes to a partner you can procure — and your lead steers them, on your side of the table.

You'll get the pack for that offer — what happens, what you keep, the price — and a straight read on whether it's the right door. Within two working days.
